Shipping Policy
Orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing times may occasionally be delayed due to high volume, postal service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
Preorder Items
Preorder items will be clearly marked as "Preorder" and will include an estimated shipping date. Please note that shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes to your preorder's expected ship date.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, all items will be held and shipped together once the preorder becomes available. If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders over $69 ship free. Free shipping orders will ship via carrier and method of Steadfast Records' selection. Free shipping applies to retail orders only — wholesale and B2B orders are not eligible.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Steadfast Records is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within one week of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@steadfastrecords.net with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@steadfastrecords.net with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
