Refund policy

  1. Returns Window
    You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Return Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    1. Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to change of mind, wrong size (unless our error), or other non-fault reasons.
    2. Our Responsibility (Damaged/Defective Items): If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense. See "Damages and Issues" below.
  5. Damages and Issues
    1. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    2. Contact us right away at info@steadfastrecords.net if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    3. Resolution: For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

      1. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

      2. Standard Resolution: We will typically replace the item with the same product if it is available in stock.

      3. Alternative Reolution: If the same item is not available, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Gift cards cannot be returned.
  7. Exchanges
    For non-damaged/defective items the fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. (Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping for exchanges follows the standard cost responsibility rules above).
  8. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
    1. If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract (cancel your order) for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    2. The eligibility condition (unopened/unused, same condition, original packaging) still applies.
    3. Return Shipping Costs (EU Withdrawals): Unless the return is due to the item being damaged, defective, or incorrect (where we provide a prepaid label), you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us as required by EU consumer law.
  9. Refunds
    1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
    2. We will let you know if the refund has been approved.
    3. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
    4. Please note:
      Refunds exclude the original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error - damaged/defective/wrong item, and was the only item in the shipment, or all items in the shipment are damaged/defective/wrong item).
      Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. This timeframe depends on your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@steadfastrecords.net.
