Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@steadfastrecords.net. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package along with a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to change of mind or other non-fault reasons.
- Our responsibility: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@steadfastrecords.net so we can make it right. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- We will typically replace the item with the same product if available in stock.
- If the same item is not available, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For non-damaged or non-defective items, the fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping for exchanges follows the standard cost responsibility rules above.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. The same eligibility conditions apply — items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping as required by EU consumer law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error and all items in the shipment are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or credit card company.
